About Me

My name is David T. Moses, and I spend most of my time taking care of my kids as a stay-at-home dad. In the in-between moments, I write fantasy. I started writing seriously in 2020 after my oldest son was born. Up until now, I have focused my books on being accessible to both boys and girls. I address difficult but important topics in my books in a way that isn’t excessively dark or grim. I have a bachelor’s in wildlife conservation, and my love of animals and nature definitely influences my writing. I also speak fluent Spanish and Portuguese. Some of my other hobbies include hip-hop dancing, disc golf, ultimate frisbee, being a dungeon master, hiking and camping.

On the end of my line wasn’t a fish, but a star. Not like some kid’s drawing, but a burning, red sphere, like a sun. I could even feel the heat radiating off the star as it hung on my hook.
